Introduce
Self regulating heating cables provide maximum versatility in heat tracing design and application. Composed of a semiconductor heater matrix extruded between parallel busbars, the self regulating cable adjusts its output to independently respond to the ambient temperature of the entire length. As the temperature increases, the resistance of the heater increases, thereby reducing the output power.
